Returns

  1. Eligibility
    • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
    • To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Items that are custom-made or special orders are not eligible for return.
  2. International Returns
    • For international orders, you may return items within 30 days of delivery.
    • Return shipping costs for international orders will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
  3. Return Process

    • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  4. Return Shipping
    • For domestic returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
    • For international returns, please ship the item back using a traceable carrier. We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your return shipment.

Refunds

  1. Processing Refunds
    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment provider.
  2. Partial Refunds
    • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please follow the return process outlined above and specify the reason for the exchange.
